PayPal also lets you pay by this method even if you don't have a PayPal account. PayPal offers a variety of payment options specific to each country.

You can shop at e-shop-direct.com, starting from a minimum order value of 0,00 EUR.
The amount of delivery fees we charge corresponds to the amount charged to us by the corresponding parcel service or forwarding agency. The exact delivery fees are displayed in your shopping cart before you submit your order. You will have to be logged in or have registered so we can identify your delivery address and calculate the exact amount of the shipping fees.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees if we are required to perform multiple deliveries. You always pay the least expensive price, as if everything were being shipped together.
The payment is only authorised once the order has been placed. Your credit card or PayPal account is charged once the goods are ready to be shipped. You will receive an invoice by e-mail at this time. If you are paying by invoice, the 14-day payment deadline begins with the date on the invoice.

All operating instructions for our watches and for downloading can be found under the menu buttom brandinfo, at the bottom of our website.
Despite a qualified manufacturing process and inspection, a time deviation of approx. 20 seconds per day is possible. This is a characteristic of even the best mechanical watches and usual for a living watch movement. The models are regulated such that they are slightly fast. Please note that automatic watches are not absolutely exact and may come to a standstill if during the course of the day they are not moved enough. Should this be the case, you can also use the winder to manually wind the watch (clockwise , approx. 30 turns = fully wound).
A fully wound automatic watch has a power reserve of up to 38 hours after the watch is put to one side. Please note that automatic watches are not absolutely exact and may come to a standstill if during the course of the day they are not moved enough. Should this be the case, you can also use the winder to manually wind the watch (clockwise , approx. 30 turns = fully wound).
The watches of the automatic collection of Bruno Söhnle have a watch movement for which five basic components are manufactured in Glashütte and the surfaces are processed and plated in our watch atelier. Three hands and the date display are driven mechanically. The bottom plate, automatic bridge, wheel movement bridge, winding bridge and balance cock are given a circular grain in the workshops of Bruno Söhnle in Glashütte and processed on the surface with various types of electroplating (yellow/rosé gold/nickel or rhodium-plated). The rotor is an own development by Bruno Söhnle and is also manufactured in Glashütte. The manufacturer and production location is engraved using a laser on the upper side of the rotor and is well visible through the glass bottom of the watch. Each watch is marked by its own identity number.
Moisture from sweat or care products, etc. can dry out the leather and make it brittle. A leather strap is a wear part and we recommend that with regular use you change the strap roughly every 1 to 1½ years as bacteria can also collect on the strap. Please contact one of our dealers to order a replacement strap. You can find an address near to you on our list of retailers.
The leather strap of a watch is in principle a wear part and as a natural product is particularly at risk, whereby moisture, sweat and chemicals can cause a change in colour. Do not wear your watch in the sauna. Keep all creams and perfumes away from your watch as this could lead to undesired chemical reactions. Also do not wear your watch at night due to the increased occurrence of sweat and this may also lead to undesired chemical reactions. If you regularly wipe away the residue of sweat, especially after sport, the strap and seals of the case have a considerably longer life. Leather straps are particularly not suitable for sports activities and extreme manual activities which can result in a high physical load on the strap. A leather strap should never come into contact with moisture. Only straps which are expressly declared to be waterproof can be cleaned under running water. Do not use a cleaning agent.
We sell straps in the length of xs, normal length or xl. Please contact one of our dealers to check whether these lengths are also available for your model. You can find an address near to you on our list of retailers.
Our leather straps do not contain synthetic dyes and depending on the model are fitted with a nickel-free (for example in pure titanium) folding buckle / pin buckle. Our cases are exclusively made of stainless steel using the high quality and skin-compatible steel (316L) used by surgeons with a low nickel content. The Frankfurt model family is manufactured in titanium, a particularly light material and very skin-friendly and therefore also well suited to those suffering from allergies. We only use pure titanium for our watches. The cases, bottom plate screws, winders and buckles of the Frankfurt family of watches are manufactured in this material.
As standard each Bruno Söhnle watch has a guarantee for 2 years from the date of purchase. Defects caused by inappropriate handling of the watch or defects due to a third party opening up the watch are not covered by the guarantee. Straps and therefore also buckles, spring and screw bars and batteries are not covered by the guarantee. Please contact one of our dealers if you wish to order a buckle. You can find an address near to you on our list of retailers.
The Bruno Söhnle logos cannot be purchased separately. They are stamped into the strap during the production and are integrated in the strap lining. A replacement logo cannot be retrofitted without damage to the strap . Please contact one of our dealers if you wish to order a leather strap. You can find an address near to you on our list of retailers.

General information on the waterproofness of your watch according to the DIN 8310 standard:
Waterproofness is not a lasting quality. It should be checked on a yearly basis and before exposing the watch to difficult conditions as the fitted seals are subject to a natural ageing process and therefore lose their condition in the course of everyday wear. External influences can influence the waterproofness. The pressure specification on your watch defines the testing pressure and should not be confused with a specification for a possible submersion depth.
Waterproofness up to 3 bar These Bruno Söhnle watches have been tested up to the stated atmospheric pressure of 3 bar and are protected against surface contact with water. Submersion in water is to be avoided. High levels of perspiration can also compromise the waterproofness.
Waterproofness up to 5 bar These Bruno Söhnle watches have been tested up to the stated atmospheric pressure of 5 bar. The glass and seal can withstand this pressure. In order to ensure permanent waterproofness, please have your watch checked in the course of a yearly inspection.

After each battery change we recommend an inspection to check the condition of all elements which are essential for the waterproofness.
Only purchase your watch from one of our dealers. A list of our dealers is available under retailers.

Therefore the purchase of articles from an unauthorised third party is made exclusively at the risk of the purchaser, in particular with reference to products which were purchased in the internet.
Products which are not accompanied by a guarantee form correctly filled in and stamped by a dealer and the respective invoice / receipt result in direct or indirect obligation for Bruno Söhnle GmbH or one of its dealers with regard to the guarantee, services or other services. This specification provides information about the tested waterproofness of your watch. The watch was tested with the specified pressure according to the DIN standard and the information is engraved on the bottom of the case.

Avoid high temperatures Do not leave your watch in direct sunlight or at a very warm place or cold place for a longer time. This can lead to considerable speed variations and to the formation of condensation water.
Avoid high impacts This watch will withstand normal impacts which occur during playing or sports activities. Make sure your watch does not fall to the ground or floor or is exposed to other impacts. In particular, ensure that there is no impact to the winder.
Avoid strong magnetic fields Keep your watch away from the influence of a nearby strong magnetic field. In general the function of your watch is not influenced by the magnetic fields generated by domestic appliances, televisions or stereo equipment.
Avoid chemicals, solvents and gases Do not wear your watch when using strong chemicals, solvents or harmful gases. If your watch comes into contact with these, the result can be a loss of quality or damage to the case or its seals and damage to the strap or other components of the watch.
Keep your watch clean Wipe away any trace of water or spot of moisture from the case, glass or strap with a soft, clean cloth. Any dirt on the case or strap could lead to a rash on the skin. A watchstrap becomes dirty through deposits of sweat and dust. A rust-free or gold-plated watchstrap can corrode if it is not cleaned for a longer time. Do not use the operating elements when under water.
Periodic inspection In order to maintain the problem-free function of the watch over many years, we recommend that an inspection of your watch is carried out every 3 years and also that an annual inspection of the waterproofness is made at one of our dealers and the possible replacement of all seals when the battery is changed.
The finishing of each model can include the manufacturing of decorative stripes (different traditional patterns), deburring and the gold plating or blueing of various movement parts.
Sapphire glass is the hardest type of glass used in watches. A high level of light refraction enables the dial to always be seen with ample light and as a result the readability is enhanced. Sapphire glass is also extremely resistant to scratches. All types of sapphire glass are anti-reflective on the inside.
We exclusively use stainless steel and in particular the high quality high quality and skin-compatible steel (316L) used by surgeons with a low nickel content which is characterised by its hardness comfort of use .
Titanium is an especially light metal and very skin-compatible and therefore also suitable for those suffering from allergies . We exclusively use pure titanium for our watches. The cases, bottom plate screws, winders and buckles of the Frankfurt family of watches are manufactured in this material.
